The Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") prescribes use and purchase of our Translation Service and/or Goods (colletively "Services"). You acknowledge that by accessing and using this website and/or Service, Terms of Use applies to you and accept and consent to each provision of Terms of Use. Terms of Use may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

Description of Services

Kanji-Symbol.com provides Translation Service and Goods as well. Goods are provided in association with Zazzle.com, to customers all over the world. You understand and acknowledge that the rules and regulations of Zazzle.com applies to all Goods sales.

The Translation Service is performed solely by Kanji-Symbol.com. You agree that the Translation Service is provided online, that Kanji-Symbol.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or mis-delivery, and that Kanji-Symbol.com can cancel orders by refunding the purchase price without revealing the reason. You are required to pay the fees with Paypal when you order the Translation Service.

Your Registration Obligations

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted. In case you fail to do so, Kanji-Symbol.com has the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.

Being concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, Kanji-Symbol.com never shares personal information provided by them with any third parties except Zazzle.com and Paypal. At Paypal, you need to enter your personal information in order to pay the fee of Translation Service. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself to Paypal.

Limitation of Liability

In the event that Kanji-Symbol.com fails to perform the Services appropriately, Kanji-Symbol.com shall only be liable to refund the purchase price to the buyer. Under no circumstances shall Kanji-Symbol.com be held responsible for any loss, or damage caused by the use of the Services.

No Resale of Services

You agree that you are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services for any commercial purposes, unless otherwise endorsed.

Governing Law

If any provision of Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of Terms of Use still remain in full force and effect.
